Saudi based and majored in Human Resources Management with a few years experience in Recruitment. Having spent some of my working experience years in the banking industry, the private sector and the public sector, it gave me a lot of exposure to a different type of people and different management styles. One of the main reasons why I chose HR as a major is always seeing the wrong people in the wrong positions, and was hoping I could someday change that for a better outcome. And of course, the more I practiced and studied HR the more I realized that there's definitely more to it than just back office support. My passion towards HR grew more and more the deeper I got into it. And I'm aiming to share the ideal HR practices, through my experiences and knowledge for a better employee well-being and productivity.
