1. What are your strengths?

 

It is important to discuss the features that will qualify you and distinguish you from the other candidates. You have to take a lot of time before the job interview to match your qualifications, the required skills and the qualifications stated in the job. This way you will have ready-made examples of delivery that will prove your suitability for the job. Focus on the strengths that will reassure that the interviewer that you are capable of taking care of your job and also you understand the related processed and who is responsible for them within a company. That way you can do your job fully.

 

2. What are your weaknesses?

 

Do your best to frame your answers on the positive aspects of your skills and abilities as an employee and turn them into weaknesses of your strengths. You can also share the skills you have improved, provide specific examples of how you recognize them, and strengthen your weaknesses. For example, I used to be weak at Microsoft Excel so I took 2 online courses on YouTube to full understand the capabilities.


 

3 - Why do you think you are suitable for the job?

 

You should be confident of your answer, and the answer should be brief and focused on what you will add to the company and employer and explain what you have and progress to get the job.If you have a strong history in doing this job you should mention that, and that you have learnt all of the things that go wrong in this job and how to correct them.

4. What are your salary expectations?

 

Companies will expect to hear a figure, if you don’t provide a figure then it will be a negative impact on the interview. You should check the going rate for someone in the position and mention that your expectations are X high. Be aware, that companies might offer you less than you ask for, so if you are a strong candidate for a position you should ask a little above average so they offer you just below that.

 

5 - How to deal with stress?

 

What do you do when things do not go smoothly? The best way to respond is to give an example of how to successfully handle stress in a previous job. For example, you can tell the interviewer that you always ensure that requirements are 100% clear from the start and are written down and agreed to. That way, there is a smaller chance for stress. You also can mention that you check progress with your manager frequently to ensure that he or she is happy with your progress.


 

6 - What are your goals and aspirations for the future?

 

This question is designed to find out if you will continue to function or you might leave the company sooner than later. It’s important to reassure the interviewer that you will be happy in the company and not look to change companies any time soon.
